STEP 1: READ THE LIBRARY GUIDELINES
-
The Easton Foundations Archery Library is free and open to the public Monday-Friday, 10AM to 4PM (excluding holidays), by appointment only.
Appointments are mandatory.
Group visits are welcome, but must be arranged in advance.
To protect the collection, no food or drink is allowed in the library.
-
The Easton Foundations Archery Library does not loan books, periodicals or media. You must make an appointment to visit the library and view the collection. This library database is a reference guide only. Browse our online catalog. Let us know what materials you would like to look at from our collection and we will have them waiting for you when you arrive.
-
Photocopies of materials will be made at no charge for up to 10 copies. Fees for copies in excess of 10 will be charged at the discretion of the librarian, but the charge will be no more than 10¢ per copy. There is an upper limit of 50 copies per visit.
Requests for photos are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the Easton Foundations Archery Library owns the rights to a photo image, we can duplicate it. All images have to be sent to a photo lab for processing and the client will be responsible for all costs incurred.
The use of hand-held digital cameras, video devices and/or portable scanners are by permission only and at the discretion of the librarian.
Copies may be used for personal use only. Any other use (e.g., making multiple copies, displaying images publicly, placing on a web page or using images for personal or corporate gain) requires expressed written consent. Commercial use of any image or material without such permission would constitute copyright infringement. We reserve the right to refuse to copy materials that may be damaged in the process.
