Library Donations
The Easton Foundations Archery Library is interested in materials related to archery and bowhunting.
All donations are accepted with the understanding that the Easton Foundations Archery Library becomes the owner of the material and, as such, reserves the right to determine retention, location, cataloging treatment, and other considerations relating to use or disposition. (The term “use” includes possible digitization of materials). Items not added to the collection may be used in exchange programs with other libraries or collectors, or donated to other groups and/or charities as the Easton Foundations Archery Library sees fit.

Books or materials in poor condition.
Duplicate copies of most materials the library already owns.

The Library will not appraise any donation. Any appraisal of a donation to the Easton Foundations Archery Library for income tax purposes is the responsibility of the donor.

Donors may request a letter of acknowledgement for their gift.

Donations that are delivered without prior arrangement with the library will be routed to the Donations Librarian for evaluation and the donor will be contacted.
HOW TO DONATE:
STEP 1) CONTACT US
Anyone interested in donating materials should first contact the Easton Foundations Archery Library at (801)523-5232 or library@esdf.org. Materials may be dropped off at the library during our hours of operation, however, arrangements must be made in advance. The Donations Librarian will discuss and/or examine the material(s) with the donor and indicate whether or not the gift would be appropriate for the Library.
STEP 2) FILL-OUT THE FORM
Additionally, we kindly request potential donors to download, complete, and submit the “Donate An Item” form along with their donation.
