What we are doing:
Each year, the Easton Foundations is presented with many grant applications for archery equipment and range improvements from dedicated youth programs and organizations. Because of this high volume and our current commitments, we hope you’ll understand we are unable to fulfill all requests and are only accepting a limited amount of grant applications for requests of $250-$500.
In general, FOR-PROFIT AND PRIVATE SECTOR APPLICANTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A GRANT, even though they are doing work that meets the Foundation’s objectives.
You must submit the organization’s most recent IRS determination letter and must be a valid letter. Will you be able to provide a copy of your IRS determination letter or IRS Government Exempt Letter or IRS Government Entity Exemption Letter? This is NOT the W9 Form or Sales Tax Exempt Certificate. Click here to see a SAMPLE IRS Letter.
- YES – proceed to: Grant Application (Please “save as” the application in your computer, then fill it out and save a copy for your files)
- NO – Thank you for your interest, however, your organization does not qualify. We only award grants to qualified IRS 501(c)(3) public organizations or Government entity institutions.
Complete Grant proposals/Applications must be submitted via e-mail to email@example.com by March 30th, 2019. Applications will be reviewed starting April 2019 during the Spring Board of Directors meeting. The supporting applicant qualification materials and documents should be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. No hard copies will be accepted.
