Trevor Thornton – Archery Center Director – Level 3 NTS
Trevor has been with the Easton Salt Lake Archery Center since it opened. He is a Certified Level 3 Coach through USA Archery. Trevor loves working with kids and adults from beginners to experienced archers and teaching them everything about this great sport. He is excited to take the Center to the next level and fill it with everyone that wants to train, learn and get better in archery. Trevor worked for Easton Technical Products in 2000 to 2006 as the Promotions Coordinator running all their tradeshows, promotions, meetings, and helped in the marketing department. He is happy to be back working for the Easton Salt Lake Archery Center doing what he loves most. He has a passion for coaching all sports and loves bringing out the best in everyone as they succeed. Trevor is an avid bow hunter and has been shooting a compound bow for over 20 years.
Alli Rutland – Archery Center Manager – Level 2 NTS
Alli began working with Easton Salt Lake Archery Center shortly after we opened in 2014. She is USAA level 2 certified and loves to help coach during parties and corporate events. Alli is also our center manager and is the eyes and ears of the Center. Alli is working hard at improving her skills with the recurve bow. She came to the Center never having shot a bow in her life. Through training and practice she has come a long way and is enjoying every minute of it. She loves working with the youth groups and parties we have at the Center and seeing the smile on kids faces as they enjoy this great sport.
Brett Litzler – Coach – Level 3 NTS
Brett Litzler bought his first bow in November of 2011 and never looked back! He began learning under the instruction of Mr. Richard Tone, the former head coach of the United States Olympic team. In no time, he was hooked! The thrill of competition always keeps him fueled, as well as wanting more knowledge and experience in archery. Brett has competed in an abundance of competitions; from small local shoots, to world ranking events. In 2015, Brett won the Arizona state Indoor Recurve Championship, and placed 2nd in the Arizona State Outdoor Championships to a 2-time Olympic Silver Medalist. “I’m excited to learn, I’m excited to get a bow in people’s hands, I’m excited to teach them that this is fun, and you can really do anything you want in archery.”, Brett states. Brett was the Program Coordinator for one of the first “Retail Archery Academy’s” in the country and his main goal is to, “grow and change the sport of archery”. Brett is a certified USA Archery Level 3 coach and is seeking to attain his Level 4 certification.
Jake Luthi – Coach – Level 3 NTS
Jake was first introduced to the sport of archery by his brother Josh Luthi, who works for Hoyt, at the age of 11. Since then he has gained a deeper appreciation for the sport, having worked for Hoyt, Easton Technical Products, and Wilde Arrow Archery. Jake has a desire to see the sport of archery grow. Besides wanting to teach archery, Jake is constantly pushing his personal limits getting familiar with shooting both compound and recurve bows. He is excited to use his training in our classes and events we have at the center to help others enjoy archery. Jake is a great addition to the Easton Salt Lake Archery Center family and we look forward to seeing great things from him.
Amber Siple – Administrative Assistant – Level 2 NTS
Amber has been with the Easton Salt Lake Archery Center since early 2015. She started with us at the reception desk with limited knowledge in the sport of archery. Since then, she has had the opportunity to help with national tournaments, classes and other activities offered in the center. Now, as our Administrative Assistant and a level 2 NTS coach, she excited to begin teaching classes of her own and assisting with all aspects of events and programs. She enjoys working with people of all skill levels, and loves being able to meet and learn from talented archers that train in the center. She is very happy to be working in such a unique environment.
